While I think the majority of the hype will simmer down once people start having a minor negative experience here or there the word will get around that "its not so awesome". Remember that dang Razr???? All the hype around that phone and it was $400 brand new and people flocked to it....Now people are waiting in lines to junk their razrs for blackberrys. I still feel like apple is going to lay the wood to a lot of cell phone manufacturers in the long run and the demographic of 18-21 yr olds will always push for this fancy phone to stay cool...</p> I totally think alot of hype is good and bad at the same time.
