		<description>&lt;p&gt;hmmm.... that&#039;s strange. I was up fishing in lake Erie about a month ago and we had to go up into Canada for the Walleye.  Once at our spot I looked at my phone and rather than ATT on the top it said Rogers Comm.  So rather than incurring a 3245.15 phone bill from ATT just for having the phone find another service I shut it off.  I wonder if I could have made a call though?&lt;/p&gt;
