Shure SE Earphone Line Fits iPhone, No Adapter Needed. Huzzah!
A reader informs me that Shure’s new line of SE earphones is fully iPhone compatible right out of the box. Apparently Shure is bundling iPhone jacks with each model in this series, eliminating the need to purchase a separate $50 adapter.
A thoughtful touch considering these earbuds start at well over $120. Shure earphones rock, by the way. Totally!

Would these be the SE Shures rolling out of the factory now? Because I just received mine (se530 pth) during the week of 23 Sept and the jack does not fit my iPhone….
