I just had to go straight to the download link and download it. When I would run iTunes and have it check for updates it would say that 7.6 whatever was current. Working fine with 7.7 now.

I typed in Super Monkey Ball, since it's the only app that I knew of. From there I was able to navigate to the App Store. (top left)

I think their servers are suffering something might fierce at the moment. Try running iTunes and then looking for updates.

(I'm running OS X, not sure if the Mac version launched before Windows?)

I'm suprised its actually so many, I didn't see all of the really cool ones that you can get with a jailbroken iphone but it's a nice start
