I was first in line on the iPhone launch and the service was AWFUL. They were doing whatever they wanted knowing that we were there because of the iPhone and we didn't care how bad the service will be, WE WANTED our iPhone. Rogers has screwed me over for a couple of years now. When I switched to Fido (to get a better deal for the iPhone), the CSR treated me very well, and reversed a bunch of charges from the previous 2 years (not all, but enough to make me happy). They don't deserve this. Many times I have asked for Teddy to personally give me a call back (which he never has).
