i am using a mac. its free just follow the instructions on the link. once u download the file, just double click the vcard file and mac osx will take care of it.

I agree Marycate Im also new 2 all this. I tried to download it but it kept coming up as a winmail.dat file & I couldn't open it! If anyones out there that won't mind helping would surely appreciate it ;-D

OK, I may be a dummy, but I am new at this. I went to the site Regpaq says, and I do not understand what to do there. 1st, how to download, and where to load it to? then how to get it on my phone. Also, is there a fee for this? Please reply.

if you go here http://designer.dlinkddns.com/blog/?p=107 you can use emoji with no jalibreak! I think TiPB should post this up as an entry. Although its a somewhat pain to use, its not too bad and proves worth it for non jailbreakers.

Just tested it im using jailbreak 2.2 i emojied(no homo) my friend and he saw the characters, he is on 2.2 with no jailbreak

No they can't see it. It comes up as squares. I wonder if ppl who have the 2.2 firmware without emoji activated are able to see them? Can someone confirm that?

Well there is even a easier way do activate Emojis. Just go to Cydia (jailbroken)and download "Emoji" . It will enable the Japanese Emoji on the iPhone. No need for SSH...
