Quick App: Rolando for iPhone
A few days ago Jeremy mentioned ngmoco:)’s Topple was being offered for free via the iTunes App Store. One of the reason’s why is that it’s subtly advertising the new game in town: Rolando, which is picking up a lot of very positive word of mouth.
Have you tried it yet? Should we believe the hype?

easily the best game out so far for the following reasons:
1) creativity in utilizing the capacity of the hardware to create an iphone specific game 2) “isave” – saving ur status if u have to quit out suddenly 3) fun and addictive
reminds me of yoshi’s island
Believe the hype. Easily the most polished, complete, & best iPhone game out there. Not perfect, but as close as I’ve seen on the iPhone. One of the few games truely worthy of the $9.99 price.
Yes, believe the hype. Very fun game. Great re-playability. Well worth it.
I just got the game yesterday, very cool, love the interaction between the on screen characters!
It is indeed a great game… but you know what sometimes when i’m feeling like playing a game i don’t want to play game where i need to tilt the iphone the whole time.
buyers who have not bought this keep in mind it’s a game you play by tilting your iPhone to move the Rolando balls. It’s a great game like i said… but sometimes the tilt ONLY games get old…
Great great great game!!! I love it
I’d say it’s the best game yet. Makes me want to play it! It’s very slick and there’s brilliant instructions built into the gameplay. It’s difficulty is just right too. I agree with the previous comment though. I wonder though how many games the iPhone can really support with no physical buttons for control. For now, this is the best yet.
