Amon you hit it spot on! Were not flaming just expressing our side. We all own an iphone thats why were here right? Its just that apple is giving us a deaf ear regarding issues in our phone. Competitors are catching up on iphone and i dont know if the pretty gui will be enough. The palm pre has a good gui, powerful hardware, and not a dictator type company. They listen and communicate unlike apple who thinks and make people believe that they are special if they own an apple product. Its like a cult already.

Yes, Apple has patents but not all of them, so what we are trying to say is let it not bully a competitor while it itself is infringing on some IP just because it has got some serious dough, work together and let everyone get the due share!

Guys, this is very much related to the iphone and I’m glad the article made it to tipb. The patents in question are the patents that pertain to the device we’re using so yes, it belongs here. I don’t know what’s worse, an over-zealous fan boy or someone who over categorizes people into being one.

I own apple products and I happen to agree with Rene. Apple is second to none. I just wish they would listen to the public and finally add copy & paste. Also fwrd text is needed as well as recieving picture mail through a text
