I’m pretty sure AT&T has 3.0mb. And what is traffic shaping???

Rogers AT&T wireless only supports 300 baud, after traffic shaping. Seriously though, can’t complain about those speeds unless you are an unfortunate Cable Internet customer with Rogers. And Rogers has really taken much better customer centric approach with pressure from Apple.
