    I agree that 99% satisfaction in the iPhone 3GS is a skewed result. It seems to be due to a selection bias. The diffs between 3G and 3GS were few, and the 3GS was pricey. It's likely that only the most 'loyal' (ie: already satisfied) customers upgraded to 3GS.
