Can someone please recommend a working app to listen live
Ustream Viewer. Free in the app store. You won’t find the stream till it starts, their upcoming schedule pretty much is useless, but you can search for the stream once its live, a few minutes ahead of air time.
… and its chat room will work only if the planets are aligned a certain way.
