I actually love this app, the caurosel (spelling) is too cool. I couldn't believe it was free when I found it a few months ago.
Great app! Too bad it only works in their backyard... Fail!
I too am lovin Geodelic. I have used this app in many different areas and it works good for me. I also dig the Greenopia Experience as well. Shows me everything green around me. Environmentally friendly retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants.
Stellar App with a really cool UI and fun to use. Introduces me to loads of locations near me quickly and also gives me all the info I want on those places.
Rene, UI is great, but can you ask the developer if there's a way to clean up their DB and purge old entries?
As I've commented the last time this was reviewed, there are listings of restaurants that have been closed for 5-10 years and other phantom businesses that make this totally unreliable.
Wow, super intuitive. Looking at the "on-sit exp" of others is an interesting concept. This would be useful at theme parks (ie. Six flags in their ex) to see how people rode what rides, etc.
Wow this sounds like an app I was looking for. He talks about Universal Studios and Hollywood walk of fame? I go to both all the time haha. looks like im getting this app.
Havnt used the app yet but will let you know what I think after I download it.
I really love the UI of the app. Great design.
The nice part about this app is that it really does have an impressive array of places lined up on it. And though I agree with Mike's gripe, it doesn't seem to be any worse that what I've experienced with good ol' Google maps. The worst Geodelic did was bring me to a store that was closed for rennovations (I can live). Google maps brought me to an underpass, claimed it was an Applebees, and the phone number was for Georgia. I think I'll put my apples in Geodelic's basket.
Awesome, innovative interface and seems to be quite useful for exploring a new city or just trying to get to know your particular city better. Integration with Maps via the Route button is a particularly nice touch.
I'd love to let this loose in San Francisco, see how it fares.
It seems to work pretty well. Has a large selection of places and the routing integration is nice.
seems pretty useful to me!
I really like this app and look forward to future enhancements and other apps from the company.
