He probably means he can't find it on the iPhone app (or at least I hope that's what he means).

I am listening to TWIT with Leo LaPorte tonight and a guest they have on the show had a Skype fail at about 35 minutes into the show.
Leo tells the guest to unplug his USB headset (a Plantronics unit) and replug it in because the chipset in Plantronics units has a memory leak and screws up Skype between 30 and 60 minutes.
I don't know if Chad has a Plantronics unit, but if he does, you guys might want to try Chad noodling with his headset or mic at some during the podcast.

BTW I was wrong about SIM locking in Japan. Apple Japan website says that iPads can be used on other networks, but have received confirmation from numerous sources (including within Apple) that all iPads sold in Japan are going to be SIM locked and the only way to get a data sim, even for a prepaid plan, is to sign up for a contract with Softbank.
Dark times in Japan.
