White iPhone coming late July, Canada, Australia, 15 other countries coming July 30
Steve Jobs announced today during the iPhone 4 press conference that the white iPhone 4 will finally see the light of day -- in limited quantities -- by late July.
Also, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada (!), Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, and Switzerland will finally see iPhone 4 launching on Friday, July 30.
Anyone still waiting on white? Planning to line up for the international release?

For 1/4 of a second I thought about getting a white one.
I'm am STILL waiting and so is the person buying my 3GS. lol
so excited the white one is coming out but really why till the end of july? ugh!!!! hopefully it doesnt come with all those problems.. fingers crossed!!

Seems like Apple allowing anyone who claims to have antenna issues to return their phone is going to turn into a lot of people returning their black iPhone 4s for white ones once they're available.
From what was said, do you guys believe that the white iPhone will be available at international launch?

Sweden - July 30, awesome! I hope white is an option on launch day, but that's probably a fantasy. All I can hope for is that this negative PR dampens demand enough so it's equal or less than supply by a wide margin.
Thinking I'll get a white one on my second line upgrade in January and give my black one to my hubby. Sweeet!
Wait, holy crap, a black smartphone coming out in white and they are doing the front too? I wish I was on ATT now. I actually really like this. They kept the front black on their other ones and I didn't like it.
Finally the Aussies have a july 30 release date, and we get a free bumper too! I'll be getting the 32GB Black with Black bumper! Now we wait for the 4 networks to release their plan details and pre-order dates!

I agree with Steve. The longer it's taking them to release the white one, the more I get the itch to break down and go buy a black one. Oh well, it'll give me more time to save up =)

Have you ever considered putting more videos to your site posts to keep the visitors more interested? I mean I just went through the entire write-up and it had been pretty great but since I am significantly more of a visual learner, I found videos to be much more helpful. well, let me know what you feel.

Maybe, iphone 4 should provide something richer for developers to create for, like ifunia, who declared they are dedicated in creating affordable and easy multimedia software to simplify your Mac life, but not kill them with “iTunes". Then I'll purchase an unlocked with no hesitation.
Its feb 2011 and its STILL not released!!!!!! so much for it being a couple of days after the black one is released. It shouldnt have taken so long if its a replica of the black one but in white especially if its antenna problems of the colour on the front. I've been waiting for so long for this iphone and now im considering the black one just so i dont have to always borrow my friends to look up stuff. This is bogus.
