Has AT&T fixed HSUPA upload speeds in your area?

A bunch of readers are telling us AT&T and Alcatel Lucent have fixed the issues with HSUPA (high speed uploads) and their iPhone 4's a positively racing up the information superhighway again. Not everyone in every place seems so lucky, however, as our good friend @TCPJ_Mickey, still seems to be chugging along sub-100 in Arizona.
You know what this means, right? Speed test!
We use speedtest.net's app [iTunes link] but whatever your choice of measure, post where you are and what your upload speeds look like today and we'll see if we can figure out if AT&T really is giving more Mbps in more places.
[Thanks to everyone who sent this in, sorry to Mickey!]

No fix here in Princeton, NJ.... 585 down, 63 up with 4 bars.
No fix in northern VA near DC (<100 kbps up). Bastages. When I first got my iPhone 4 it was about 10x faster.
Got even worse here on Long Island, NY.

Download: 2702kbps / Upload: 283bps / Ping: 426ms
Atlanta, GA (30318)
Upload should be better, but it is a good increase compared to just 2 weeks ago, when it was around 100 and there was a huge diff. between here and my home even (3 miles from work). So the problem was not everywhere the same
Around Washington D.C. upload speeds still not working right, only 97 kbps
Download is good though at 2285 kbps. Not sure what is going on with the upload speeds though, not acceptable though!!!
Dallas
Upload - 2010 kbps
Download - 1268 kbps
iPhone 4
Download 1919 Kb/s, upload 177 Kb/s, ping 352 milliseconds. And, right now I am out in the boondocks. Oh, BTW, I almost never get a dropped call on my iPhone. I would have to think of when it last happened - months ago.
Still crap in Denver, CO on an iPhone 4.
Test 1 - 542kbps down, 45kbps up Test 2 - 1345kbps down, 62kbps up Test 3 - 971kbps down, 65kbps up

I live in Puerto Rico and the latest 3G speed test I did these were the results ... 3021 kbps download and 1368 kbps upload. I've been in several U.S. states and truly here in Puerto Rico have much better service from AT & T, much better data signal and moves really well.
Just fixed in Harrisburg, PA on 7/28. 4350 kbps down and 854 kbps up. Server, Frederick, MD.
Seattle, WA: today at 2101 kbps / 56 kbps via 3G at 5 bars signal strength for iPhone 4.
You completed certain nice points there. I did a search on the topic and found a good number of persons will agree with your blog.
Northern NJ I have had .02 Mb/s uploads for a while now so I guess no fix on my towers.
