How do you turn it off on Jailbroken 4.3.3? All the instructions I find is for iOS 5 which doesn't work for my 4.3.3 version.

Google should've been in this hot seat a long time ago. Their whole business model is built around collecting and mining for personal data, albeit most users aren't smart enough to see having everything google isn't a good idea.
People who drink the google kool-aid are like Bubba Blue (Forrest Gump).......Google mail, google voice, google maps, google+, google images, google shopping, google news, google checkout, etc.
Not sure how this was a Google problem since CIQ is it's own company and the carriers decided they wanted the software on the handsets, no Google. Could you please clarify?
Yes, CIQ has nothing to do with google however the privacy concerns are much the same, just different circumstances.
