Apple closes iPhone 6s and 6s Plus in-store pickup reservations

Apple has officially closed in-store pickup reservations for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. While online pre-orders are still active, you will not be able to reserve a pickup at your local Apple Store until 8:00 a.m. local time on Saturday, September 26. If you want to purchase a new iPhone from an Apple Store on September 25, Apple suggests you get in line.

From Apple:

You can visit an Apple Retail Store beginning at 8:00 a.m. on September 25 or shop online now. Reservations will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on September 26.

If you choose to shop online, Apple is estimating delivery dates as early as October 1 for some models, while others will see delivery in three to four weeks.
