Apple has seeded the sixth beta of iOS 9.3 to developers. This new build can be found at the iOS Developer Resource Center, or downloaded over-the-air on an iPhone or iPad running the previous beta.

There is also a new release for users of the public beta of iOS 9.3. Members of the Beta Software Program can grab the build as an over-the-air update right now.

iOS 9.3, which is expected later this year, will bring a number of enhancements to the iPhone and iPad user experience. These changes will include the new Night Shift mode, which makes devices easier to use at night, along with improvements to Notes, News, CarPlay, and education.
