Apple has officially released OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan to the public, bringing along a number of bug fixes. Unfortunately, there's no detailed rundown of what's new just yet, with Apple simply referencing bug fixes and security improvements.

Apple releases OS X 10.11.6 to the public with bug fixes

This update comes just two months following the last El Capitan release with OS X 10.11.5. If you'd like to update your Mac, you should be able to download OS X 10.11.6 now. Simply head to the "Updates" section of the Mac App Store now.

Update: Alongside OS X 10.11.6, Apple has also release iTune 12.4.2 with the following minor bug fix:

This update resolves a playback issue with short Apple Music songs in your Up Next queue.
