Apple's Magic Mouse 2

Apple is getting ready to launch two new Mac accessories. A recent filing with the Federal Communications Commission shows that the company will release a new version of its Magic Mouse product soon, along with a new Bluetooth keyboard.

The FCC files shows that the new mouse will be be called "Magic Mouse 2" but there's no label for the Bluetooth keyboard. Both will use the updated Bluetooth 4.2 standard. It's possible that these two new accessories could show up in the Apple Store at any time, but the company might wait to launch them as part of a big press event for new Mac computers, which might happen sometime in October.
