iOS 7.1.2 expected to fix issues with email, lock screen, and iBeacons

The next update to iOS won't be the substantial iOS 8 — instead it'll be bug fixes in the form of iOS 7.1.2. Apple adds headphones to Lightning cable certification standard

Apple has apparently introduced a new specification to their MFi program to allow manufacturers to build headphones that run audio through an iOS device's Lightning, rather than the 3.5mm headphone jack. T-Mobile confirms that Wi-Fi calling is coming to iPhones on their network with iOS 8

T-Mobile has confirmed that iPhones on their network will be able to take advantage of the Wi-Fi calling feature that the US carrier has offered since 2007.
