DON'T UPDATE ITUNES IF YOU USE BLACKRA1N on 3.1.2 for tethered boot. That's from @iH8sn0w
What about those of us on 3.1.2 with an untethered jailbreak on Blackra1n?!?!
I'm untethered jailbroke on iPod touch 2g and iPhone 3G S and I'll have to update due to me getting a iPad in April
mobilecrunch is saying that there are only issues with jailbroken iphones who use windows... mac osx users should be fine!!
I have all my free epub books in iTunes with all the "album art"/book covers. READY TO SYNC! =]
I know it's probably only me, but now it [iTunes] doesn't recognize my 3G, so yeah, awesome update.
as usual, buggy as hell and slow to sync, outlook contacts and calendars not syncing properly. i swear apple= hot/cold= love/hate!
It's all good now. Ih8sn0w has a patch up on ih8sn0w.com that fixes it
What do people consider slow when they complain about syncing? My 3G has never taken more than 2-3 minutes to sync.
1-2 hours
Hmmmm I'm the only one who didn't update since 3.1.
I'm doing just fine. My life is great :)
I keep trying to install the new update and it fails every time. Retarded piece of crap. I don't have any jailbroken stuff, just a 4th gen ipod nano and an iphone 3g.
Maybe it's time ro upgrade your computer? Shouldn't blam apple for that.
I realy dont care about the ipad its going to be a flop anyway just give us iphone news like the name of this blog
@iDutch: the same for me - have an iPhone 3G jailbroken with 3.1.2 and iTunes 9.1 (Snow Leo 10.6.3) doesn´t recognize it anymore - does anyone know how to fix this?
My Outlook calendar has duplicate appointments and duplicate all day events since updating to iTunes 9.1.. grrr!
How can I go back to the prior version 9.0.X as this version will not sync with Outlook
It takes more than 2 hours for me to sync. Ugh.
If you rely on sync'ing an iPhone with Outlook on Windows DO NOT upgrade to 9.1.0.79 This has generated lengthy Apple forum discussions (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2383584&tstart=0 ampng others) with no solution coming forward from Apple. From user's comment the only two workarounds once 9.1.0.79 has been installed is to either sync via Google Calendar or unpick and roll back to 9.0.3.15
ok my iphone is not unlocked or jailbroken and itunes is not recognizing it... any one have any idea how to fix it... i reset my phone, restarted my computer.... im getting really annoyed!!!!
THANKs A TONNE! IPv6 was causing a problem with my laptop...
