If it's flash then just use Skyfire browser.

Comedy gold as I can't even view this on my mobile safari and skyfire doesn't find any video on that page. I love iOS but it's crap like this that really frustrates me to no end.

Try again with Skyfire - it worked for me - not nearly as funny as Monty Python.
Though not as bad as when people MAKE videos targeted at the iOS market which are in Flash. Heh. Me thinks there are still a lot of clueless content designers out there!
