Sadly, 2 to 3. I got a 3GS and the iOS 5 release has hurt the battery life.

Yep this would come in very handy in deed. I'm charging overnight then by the time I get home from work she is running on fumes and I charge it again. On the odd occasion I have not made it home and had to charge in the car, but I do spend a fair amount of time either on the phone or messaging / emailing folks.

With my 4S, usually only once a day with medium usage. Was expecting a big improvement in battery life over my 3GS with the 4S and iOS 5. Sadly, its maybe only 10-15% or so better.

How many? Geeez...so many I can't count because I'm always connecting it wherever I'm at. Have a charger in my house, my car, and my own at girlfriends house. If theirs a number...at least 8 times... No joke I know. :(

How many times do I charge my iPhone 4S a day? Put it this way. When I am in a car, I have charger and I plug my phone in. When I am at work and at my desk, I have a charger and have my phone plugged in. And when I get home at night, I am immediately looking for a charger to plug my phone in. Then I take it upstairs at night and plug it in and sync it to my computer.

Yep, this app does help. Just drain the battery(about once a week) all the way to about less than 15% and recharge it to fully charged status. Don't stop with 100%. It helps to boost battery life.

Twice, really, though I have it on the charger at night, in the morning on my way to work, and on the way home (I have a car adapter that charges and hooks up to my audio, complete with a remote).

I am tethered to charge in every place I go. The home office, the car, the workplace.. even bought a chargeable battery pack for those days I am stuck out in the real world without a charge. It's safe to say I charge ALL DAY LONG or about 5 different places a day!
This app claims it "boosts battery performance" but the only thing it really does is allow you to "Double tap battery or open it to see the battery capacity for your favorite apps". This isn't boosting anything. I'm disappointed that this app is featured because I feel as though iMore is perpetuating the snake oil that they are selling. What the app CLAIMS and what it actually DOES are different things.
Bonus tip that you can send me $.99 for... you can quit apps, maximizing your free amount of RAM and making your iPhone run like new by quitting apps. Yes, that was tounge in cheek.

It does help to better battery life when you recharge to "Fully Charged" once a week. Make sure to drain the battery to below 15-10% before you recharge it to full.

LivingFit365 on November 19, 2008 I'm the ognriial owner of a 2003 Sorento. 75k miles so far. It's been off-road, city, highway. I drive 60 miles each day. I never once had to look under the hood. Drives perfectly, runs perfectly, still in great shape. The styling is still modern and people think it is new amazed when I tell them it's an '03! I highly recommend KIA! Much better than a GM, just as good or maybe better than Honda or Toyota, best value for the dollar fully loaded. I highly recommend checking out KIA.
