The EA game sale is sad.

Most of what's for sale hasn't been updated in over a year. It's not retina friendly and they're the apps that have many reports of crashing.

Groove 2 Music Player will be on sale for $0.99 from Nov 23 to 26. Normally, the app is available for $3.99. Groove studies your listening habits and instantly throws your way fresh and creative mixes based on your music taste. It’s like having your own personal DJ.

1Password for Mac is on sale! I'm thrilled because I use it on my iPad/iPhone and just got an iMac a few months ago. I've been putting off buying it for my iMac because its normally $50, but now it's $35!

iTap RDP is one of my favorite remote desktop programs. It is on sale today at 50% off for a price of $5.99.

Can anyone recommend a family game for the iPad? Something along the lines of a good board game that's entertaining and challenging for adolescents on up in age range? Doesn't matter if it's on sale or not. Thanks!

Check out Carcassone and Ticket to Ride on the iPad. Both are top board games that seem to have translated over well. But research them first to make sure they're what you want to play.

Thanks, redshirt, for your help! Unfortunately, I'm not looking for fantasy/graphics-type games; more knowledge based/mentally challenging games (spawned after Trivial Pursuit came out years ago) or just fun little competitive games like Pictionary etc.. I found a site called "Boardgamesgeek" but all he seemed to have were the fantasy and graphics-intense stuff. In other words, I'm not into stuff like the "Dungeons and Dragons" or "Star Wars" genre, thanks.

Carcassone and Ticket to Ride are nothing like Dungeons and Dragons... They are not fantasy games. They are strategy games that are definitely mentally challenging, but not with an incredibly elaborate set of rules. I highly recommend both those games as I play them regularly.

Spiderweb Software
//iPad// game ... Avernum: Escape From the Pit
I think that's half price...

thanks for the list guys, but heads up, the links seem to be wrong, i tried to get pitfall from the link but its taking me to kingdom rush HD.

I'm sure everyone here already knows but 1Password will be coming out with Ver4 soon. Don't waste your money on this one.
