Is there an iPhone-friendly version of the web apps section of Apple's site? Seems odd to me that the iPhone maker has no such tailor-made service on its site. Or am I missing something? Maybe you could cover this on your blog for others, too, to know.

Apple to Announce New Notebooks on October 14th
Engadget brings the news: there will be an Apple event next week, on October 14th. Obviously, based on the invitation above (which we didn't receive, sniffle), the focus is going to be on notebooks. Presumably there will be a new form factor or two to talk about here based on Apple's rumored "Brick" manufacturing technique, where they carve the case out of a single block of aluminum.

How to: Restore/Re-Virginize Your Jailbroken iPhone
So you are having issues with your iPhone? Maybe you jailbroke it and things did not go as well as you planned? Perhaps you have to take your iPhone back to an Apple Store because of a hardware related issue and you are jailbroken? Well I will tell you how to restore you iPhone back to it's factory settings in a few simple steps.
Word of warning before you begin:
Restoring your device will erase all data from your iPhone or iPod Touch, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All iPhone or iPod Touch settings are restored to their factory condition.
