The Mac version of DiRT 3 Complete was previously available only through the Mac App Store. The Steam version includes cross-platform online multiplayer with its PC counterpart using Valve's Steamworks service, along with Steam Achievements, Leaderboards and game cloud saves.
DiRT 3 Complete contains all of the content of the original game plus all eight post-release DLC packs. Here's a quick summary:

People who purchase the Steam version of DiRT 3 Complete for the Mac will get the PC version for free and vice-versa. Also, there's a special sale for DiRT 3 Complete that cuts the price down to just $23.99 from now until April 8.
