The official iMore Forums app is here! That's right -- the second part in our epic iMore app-ification has landed. It uses the awesome Tapatalk engine to give you access to the iMore forums, from reading to posting, from iPhone and iPod touch to iPad. That's right, it's a universal app!
We originally wanted to include this in the main iMore app but figured out early on that the forums deserved their own, dedicated app. We didn't want to compromise the experience of either app by shoe-horning them into one, least-of-both-worlds container. Yay! I've been waiting for the ability to post post screen shots/pics to the iMore forums from iPhone/iPad. Now I can participate in the photo contests :)
iOS 6 allows the uploading of pictures through Safari.
Downloaded app, registered and then tried logging in 5 times, locked me out, waited 15 minutes, Same thing, went and changed password successfully and waited another 15 minutes, tried new password and still locked out what gives?
Having the same issue, tried a few times, changed password, still wouldn't log me in. Help?
Looks like there's a Tapatalk update we can do, hopefully it will fix. Sorry about that!

This is for the iPad as well as iPhone.
Looks good and works great. Good job guys.
Here are two suggestions:
When I display my "Favorites" all of the forums I subcribe to are displayed. But the date and time of the most recent post is not displaying, like it does when accessing iMore site. Consequently, I you have to click on the forum to see if any posted since my last visit. More work for us.
I would rather you guys have the stickies and the forum tabs combined. Again, have to click the sticky tab to see if anyone posted since the last visit. Again, more work for us.
Hope you'll consider those for the future updates. Or maybe allow the user to configure that in settings.
But again, a great app.
wait what? Como? i though you guys were going it integrate the forums experience into the existing app? or have you had this in the pipeline all along?
We tried integrating at first, but it caused a lot of problems so we split it into two apps. We'll talk about it on the podcast.
Yes there seems to be a problem trying to log in. Using my username, and password I use in the forum. It indicated invalid password. If i hit register, it will not open the page, indicating a "null" error. You can open it In Safari, log into the forum, go back to the app, and click view in safari, and it loads, and shows you logged in, but you still cannot go back to the app, and log in, you will get the password error. Other than that, great app

Sadly, no. In order to be in the App Store, we had to go Jailbreak-free for this release. Hopefully in the future!
nevermind....already answered above.
Downloaded app and then tried logging in four times. It indicated invalid password four times. I'll go ahead and delete the app. Please let me know when there is a fix.
I tried to login and it didn't work for me as well. How do I fix this?
