iOS 5.2 beta 2 can be Jailbroken using existing tools
According to MuscleNerd of the iPhone Dev-Team, the just-released iOS 5 beta 2 can be Jailbroken using the same redsn0w tools used to Jailbreak the first beta.

Apple probably felt there was no need to patch it, seeing that the hackers would just crack it again. I bet the final version of iOS5 will be patched though...although I'm certain that will be eventually cracked too.
They can't fix it it's a boot rom hack a jailbreak will always be available for iPhone 4 because it's hardware
is it still developer only?
