Apple has released the first public beta version of iOS 9.3. Members of the company's Beta Software Program can get the update as an over-the-air download through Settings > General > Software Update.

Apple has also released a small update to the initial developer beta of iOS 9.3, iOS 9.3 Beta 1.1. This update contains bug fixes and improvements.

Apple previously released the first beta of iOS 9.3 to developers. The update will bring a number of new features and improvements to iOS, including a new Night Shift mode for better nighttime use, along with changes to Notes, News, CarPlay, and more.
