Finish is a task app that aims to minimize the amount of time you have to spend entering tasks and maximize the amount of time you actually spend on the things that are important. Part of the power behind Finish comes from the customizable settings it offers including flexible reminder options, customizable time periods, email export, and much more.

What makes Finish unique from other task apps is that it assumes everyone is a procrastinator and sets expectations realistically while encouraging you to get things done on time. Finish does this in several ways. The first is that Finish will automatically move tasks whose due date lapses to the next logical time period. It then gently nudges you that you've done this. Many folks find this to be a better way to deal with tasks than staring at a huge list of overdue items that you have to then re-assign and re-distribute due dates to.

Another way that Finish rewards you for getting things done is through Kiip rewards. For those not familiar, Kiip lets developers reward their users by giving them rewards from sponsors. For example, if you complete enough tasks done, Finish may reward you with a free MP3 download or some other kind of digital content. Folks that like to receive freebies are likely to stay on task if they know they get rewarded for it.

Finish 2.0 for iPhone was released in the spring of 2014 and turned Finish into a free app with IAP instead of a paid app. At this time, the developers of Finish also teased an iPad version is in the works, though no exact date has been given yet.
