Italians don't sound like Mario. Your not funny Rene. Just the facts please. Anyone know another good iPad podcast that's not offensive?
They do voices on this show. He is not saying all italians sound that way but I bet there are at least one or two that do.
re: Kindle tablet...
The current Kindle kills the iPad for basic book reading (my wife has one). It is just so much lighter and more comfortable to use for simple reading (although, I actually prefer backlighting). It will be interesting to see how light they can make the new Kindle tablet, as that is a key benefit of the current Kindle (have you ever tried to lay in bed and read with an iPad? It isn't very comfortable for that... it's hard to grip (ie: slippery) and too heavy).
On the other hand, doing anything else with the Kindle is a pain... even using the books for anything but pleasure reading (highlighting and notes are tough and time consuming). The new Kindle tablet should be much better for that. It is a must to get it into student markets. And, I think that most people who use Kindles will be perfectly happy if it only displayed books well, and will be thrilled if it also plays music and movies. Some people (not me) actually don't care if they can run all sorts of various apps on it.
