No offense to Dieter, Rene, et al, but does anyone really care about all the other countries that the iPhone may end up in????? Haven't you guys noticed how FEW people post on articles such as this. Frankly, I could care less how soon Macao gets an iPhone, I just want the 2nd gen iPhone here in the States ... NOW!!!!!

No, no one cares. Not the untold billions beyond the star-spangled borders (myself included), not the far more advanced European and light-years-ahead Asian networks, and certainly not the ethnocentric, stereotypical United Statesians.
They should just enjoy their ultra-cheap, superfast bandwidth and leave the iPhone for those with far more of the one quality that really matters: entitlement.
That's what they should do...
