iTunes Festival added to Apple TV, iOS app updated with refreshed interface

The annual iTunes Festival is almost upon us, and in readiness Apple has pushed out an update to the official app for iPhone and iPad as well as adding the official channel to the Apple TV. Both come alongside the final headline act added to the lineup; Katy Perry on the final night of the festival.

All concerts will be available to stream either live or on demand via the app or through the Apple TV channel. The iOS app now seems to be available outside the UK, so fans around the world will be able to get their fix on their iPhone or iPad. Things kick off on September 1, so who did you apply for tickets for?
