I dont know about killer, its too limited for that, but its definitely fun and a great show-off for iPad and iPhone.

Rail shooters are frustrating, what a shame that Carmack thinks thats all the platform can support. (Wasn't the Doom release also on rails?)

On rails? That stinks. I saw an article yesterday on either Engadget or Jizzmodo that talked about a nice keyboard add-on for the iPhone. If they can make a keyboard, they can make a controller.

So the HD version has to be at least a GB. Guess, I'll have to rethink my, "there's no way anyone could use 64GB of space on an iPhone."

Looks great! A controller for the iPhone should be a "case" shaped like a PSP or an old style GameBoy .. iPhone snaps into the middle of the case, with thumb joystick on one side of the screen and "fire" buttons on the other. I'd buy one.

It's alright. Very very impressive andnice to look at, but doom resurrection had better gameplay, WTB retina update to that please. I've completed it on medium and with a B rating within an hour. Worth the money? Yeah I had fun with it that hour I suppose. Worth going back to get higher ratings/score? Meh, not with that camera. Worth the 1.3gb of space it takes up on my iPhone (HD version) Definitly not.
