Mint update brings new design, spending trends

Mint update brings new design, spending trends

Financial tracking app Mint has been updated with a refreshed design for iOS 7, as well as a number of important and oft-requested features, including Trends. Trends gives you personalized spending reports, and organizes information by category, merchant, account, date, or tags, making it easy to track your money.

Mint 2.7 reintroduces transaction editing. You can manually create and categorize pending transactions for cash or checks. You can now view a complete overview of all of your accounts as well. You can now receive personalized notifications, with account alerts, bill reminders, and more. You can also review your data without an internet connection on any device, a feature that was previously exclusive to the iPad.

You can download this update right now from the App Store.

I've been waiting for this update for a while now, so happy with the new iOS7 redesign of the app. Easier to view my statistics with the cleaner layout and fonts! Love.

Mint is one of my favorite apps. Before I downloaded this app I had to check bank accounts, credit card accounts, investment and retirement accounts, and now all I have to do is check on app and it is all there. Not only that, but I can see my spending habits and trends, see where my money is going each month, label and make notes on my transactions, and get suggestions on how to improve my saving. Best of all it's free! Can't beat this app for what it does.
