MyFitnessPal for iPhone review: Easily log workouts, diet, and more

MyFitnessPal is one of the best general fitness logging apps on the iPhone. Not only can you log workouts but food and water intake as well. What's more, it connects to hardware like Fitbit and Jawbone UP, and is available on most mobile platforms. Check out the video above for my full review!

If you haven't tried it yet, download it now and get going! If you have, tell us how you like it and how you're using it!

Love this app I use it daily to log calories and exercise. 18lb lost in 7 weeks and whilst its not because of this app it is certainly a vital tool for me

I think this is app of the year for me. I would have paid £50 for it if that's what it sold for - it is truly fantastic. I am losing weight through it but more importantly it has really made me think about the kinds of things I eat. I am all of a sudden living a healthy lifestyle.

I've been using this app for the past 16 months and have lost 140 pounds. I honestly say I couldn't have done it without this app. I love that iMore is giving it some love!

Hey! I use this. I've had this for a while. It's pretty good. I use it mostly to gauge whether my eating is the proper calorie deficit to reach my goals.

Great app. Used it for a few years.
Great for tracking your food and calorie intake.
Great for breaking down carbs, proteins as well as fats.
I loved it when they added the bar code scanner for adding foods to the database. That was the biggest improvement they made. Data base was limited to most user input. The the bar code scanner helped increase the database 100 fold.

Great app, highly recommend.
