New Mac App Store section celebrates 30 years of the Mac with great apps and games

As part of celebrating 30 years of the Mac, Apple has created a special section on the Mac App Store. Divided into three parts, the sections highlights Apple's own apps, as well as other apps and games.

The "Unforgettable Apps" section includes Evernote, Pixelmator, and Day One, while the "Amazing Games" include XCOM: Enemy Unknown, BioShock Infinite, and Gone Home. You can check out the section in the Mac App Store right now.

Unfortunately, it appears to be U.S.-only, and since the Mac App Store doesn't let us copy links, we can't post a direct way for you to get to it. However, if you're on the U.S. MAS, just look up. It'll be the big promo on the top.

What are some of your favorite Mac apps and games, and did they make Apple's lists?

This is a great achievement in this new world. So many companies and products don't see 3 years and here is a company that is celebrating 30 years. Happy 30th Mac!
