Odd Squad: Blob Chase wants to make learning math fun

PBS Kids has released Odd Squad: Blob Chase for iPad, a new educational game geared towards children ages 5-8. The first app based on the Odd Squad brand, Blob Chase tries to teach basic math concepts by making them fun and engaging.

The objective in Blob Chase is to get blobs into their containers. There are 60 levels, with puzzles that you need to solve in order to trap the blobs. Puzzles are completed by using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Along the way you'll get new gadgets that help you collect more blobs. Completing levels will earn you rewards such as exclusive video clips.

Odd Squad: Blob Chase is available from the App Store now, at the introductory price of 99 cents for a limited time.
