Otterbox adds designer flair with Symmetry series cases for iPhone

Otterbox goes designer with Symmetry series cases for iPhone

Durable mobile device case maker Otterbox introduced a new line of cases for the iPhone 5, 5s, 5c (and Samsung Galaxy S4) at this week's CES called the Symmetry Series. They combine Otterbox's reputation for toughness with a designer flair that might appeal to iPhone users looking to make a personal statement with their choice of iPhone case.

The Symmetry Series touts features designed for strength: a raised beveled edge around the display to help keep the screen safe, an internal synthetic rubber lining with honeycomb coring to help reduce shock on the phone, and a slender one-piece molded case that's easy to install.

Expect to pay $39.95 for Symmetry cases in solid colors and $44.95 for graphic designs when they go on sale this spring.

Do you like Otterbox's durable cases? Do the designs appeal to you? Let me know what you think in the comments.
