Pocket Lists fully updated for iOS 7, adds all new ways to manage your tasks and reminders

Pocket Lists was recently updated to version 4.0 and brings with it a new interface for iOS 7, new list icons, and more. For those not familiar, Pocket Lists is a unique way to manage your iOS reminder and todo lists. With sync support for native solutions, Toodledo, and Google Tasks, you're covered no matter what you currently use.

The update to Pocket Lists is mainly visual but that doesn't mean it's small by any means. If you've been wanting new icons to go with your lists, there are now almost 200 to choose from now. More language support is also available as Pocket Lists now boasts 13 localized languages. If you're a current Pocket Lists user, note that you'll only see the new version as an update if you're running iOS 7.0 or later.

One thing I did notice while testing the new version of Pocket Lists was that turning on Pocket Lists Cloud sync seemed to drastically slow down the app. I had to relaunch it several times and eventually just ended up turning it off. If you happen to pick up the update, let me know if you see the same. If you're new to Pocket Lists, let us know what you think!

Pocket Lists fully updated for iOS 7, adds all new ways to manage your tasks and reminders

Oooo! Shiny. I like this.
I am a little confused about one of the screenshots on the App Store...
"Understands English"...
It is the US [American English] App Store, so... And how is that supposed to facilitate sitting reminders "Really Fast"?
...Riiiiiiight... Did I miss something?

I tried the updated Pocke Lists and used iCloud calendar sync function which allows you to bring events from selected calendars as to-do's in the app. Pocket Lists messed up some of my repeating events--it deleted them from the calendar which was not so great because it removed the event in the past as well as the future. Be careful with calendar sync.

I had some issues with fantastic out interacting with some of my reminders a little while back... It turns out that the settings in Fantastical for the time zone had been reset to automatic. That completely screwed everything up for my recurring events (removed them all, really) but once I set it back to my current time zone everything is right as rain again. I don't know if this is a similar issue for you, but it might be worth checking it out.

Appears to be a nice app, except for the issue with turning on the sync. That is a deal breaker for me. Great review!
