The Procreate Pocket app for the Apple Watch has been ready for almost a month, but now that the watch has started to arrive on the doorsteps of many, you can now use it to access tools while you draw.
The watch app functions as a digital artist's palette. You can use it for quick access to tools while you draw in Procreate Pocket, such as color swatches. You'll also find the six essential tools, like drawing and erasing, in the watch app. You can also use the app's Glance to see how long your pieces are taking.
On the iPad side of things, Procreate has added support for Wacom's Intuos Creative Stylus 2. The Bluetooth stylus will work best on any model of iPad from the iPad 2 to the iPad Air, though the iPad Air 2 can still connect to it, even without official support.
Procreate has also added a light theme for the first time, with the aim of making it easier to work outdoors. Version 2.3 also lets you turn off Palm Support, fixes a color bug, and refines interface elements. There are a host of other stability improvements and bug fixes in this update as well.
