If you've got a Verizon or Sprint iPhone 4 and the On/Off button seems to be recessed or no longer pushes down when pressed, a DIY repair can alleviate the issue. While this isn't the easiest repair to perform, it's a lot cheaper than an out of warranty replacement through Apple.
