CNBC: Titans will be airing an unauthorized biography of "The undisputed king of Silicon Valley for the better part of three decades," Steve Jobs, tonight at 9PM PT/1AM ET.

We don't expect much if any new information, at least nothing that is not readily available via the internet, but a look back at life of the genius who brought us the Mac, iPhone, iPad, and iPod is sure not to disappoint.

At the very least, it should hold you over until his official biography , iSteve: The Book of Jobs is released.

If you watch the show, let us know what you think!

iPad owners seem to be loving their devices, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Overall consumer satisfaction with personal computers has grown 4% since last year putting people's overall satisfaction level at 78 out of 100 points. When you break that down, iPads are leading the pack. Satisfaction with the iPad has grown 2% since the last survey. This puts iPad customer satisfaction at 86 points. This is higher than any other manufacturer and 9 points ahead of any other competitor. Dell, HP, and Acer all scored 77s.

CNBC looked into why this number may be so high for Apple and the iPad and they've said this:

“The iPad, even at this early stage, pulled up Apple’s overall numbers – which makes it the highest-scoring product Apple has, and therefore the highest-scoring product ACSI has ever tracked.”

Do you agree with CNBC's reasoning or do you think there's more to it? One thing is obvious, people love their iPads!

CNBC's "Planet of the Apps: A Hand-Held Revolution!" airs tonight at 10PM ET/PT and should be viewed by all iPhone owners. It is a one-hour documentary, reported by CNBC's Scott Wapner, that takes a look at how this cultural phenomenon had truly changed the way we live and how the launch of the Apple iPhone back in 2007 gave birth to a revolution in mobile technology and a new breed of entrepreneurs.

As the popularity of apps continues to soar and users view them as an essential tool for everyday life, Apple has opened the door for outside developers to create new apps and a new breed of entrepreneurs allowing anyone from an engineer to a Hollywood star to an everyday person to become an app developer.

It starts in 20 minutes! Grab some popcorn and enjoy!

In one of the most remarkable inside-media interviews in recent memory, CNBC's Jim Cramer sat down with the Daily Show's Jon Stewart, and was made manifest for his network and industry's failures (according to Stewart) to properly fulfill their mandate as the 5th estate and pillar of democratic systems, and expose for their audiences the lies and deceptions that those in positions of power would perpetrate on them (and us).

What does this have to do with Apple and the iPhone, however? In one of the clips shown from 2006, Cramer specifically mentions how it is "very important" to "spread the rumor" that both AT&T and Verizon don't like the iPhone, and that it wouldn't be ready by Macworld.

Why? We're not financial wizards by any stretch of the imagination, but it sounds like it was to manipulate Apple's stock down. Given the rumors that did, and still do surround Apple, Steve Jobs, the iPhone, and technology in general, this really just affirms what most of us have likely long suspected.

US readers can catch it via the Daily Show website. Canadians can watch it on thecomedynetwork.ca. If you have a link to other regions/locations for the video, please do drop them in the comments. And maybe we can all keep in mind just how some rumors come to be, especially as we approach iPhone OS 3.0 and hardware 2,1.

Jim Goldman over at CNBC.com scored a one-on-one, on camera interview with Steve Jobs, fresh off the stage from Apple's "Let's Rock" event.

Jobs chats iPods, 'natch, and after (and off-camera) joked that rumors of his ill-health were being spread by "hedge funds with a big short position in Apple." Other than that? He could stand to gain a few pounds. Maybe the stress on uber-thin products is just creating a little negative peer pressure?

Love him or hate him, Jobs is the soul of Apple, and its great to see him in action again.

Head on over to CNBC.com for the video...
