Write for Dropbox is a pretty fantastic text editor for the iPhone. When we first reviewed it, we loved the UI, the gesture control, the vast sharing options and fast syncing. What we weren't so fond of was the lack of iPad support, as an app as good as Write is crying out to be used on the iPad. Those days are behind us now, with the launch of the Write for Dropbox iPad edition. And, to celebrate, the iPhone version is free for a limited time.

Paper Monsters is a new platformer game for iPhone and iPad. In the game's world, everything is made out of paper and cardboard, including your character. It's a classic 2d side-scrolling platformer placed in a 3d environment.
I am loving this game! Paper Monsters has great graphics that are also very fun. My favorite little feature of the graphics is that sometimes things like trees and bushes pop up in front of or behind you in the 3d atmosphere.
Netflix is now available in the UK, and that means it's now available for iPhone and iPad in the UK App Store (and Android too). One month of service will run you £5.99 which isn't too far off the US or Canadian prices.
Content is... content. It sounds like it's okay at launch but stuff will come, stuff will go, so if you see something you like, start watching it now.
It's a universal binary, so if you're in the UK and you try it out, let us know how it works for you.
Former Apple iPod and iPhone hardware chief Tony Fadell has come up with a new way to imagine your home thermostat -- the Nest Learning Thermostat. It's a touch-controlled system that makes your home energy needs simple and easy to control remotely via an iPhone or iPad app.
The product is just a programmable thermostat. But the genius of Nest Labs is that it decided to make the iPhone of thermostats--a device that looks cool and is smart enough to spare the owner the frustrations of unfriendly technology.
Fluke HD is a board game for the iPad. It has recently been updated with a classic board theme.
This is a fun little board game! The premise is very simple, so even kids can play. The goal is to get all your tokens to the finish line by rolling the dice. If you're lucky, you'll land on a teleport to move forward and if you're not so lucky, you'll teleport backwards or get your token knocked off by another player.
