New iPhone commercial takes aim at Samsung, focuses on Photos Every Day

Apple has aired a new iPhone commercial, Photos Every Day, which unlike previous, recent commercials, eschews cheery music, chanting, and a rapid fire parade of apps to focus on the camera and camera apps, and on capturing those special moments, at a variety of times, in a variety of places, under a variety of conditions.

Apple releases new iPhone commercials for AirPlay, FaceTime

Continuing their new "if you don't have an iPhone" campaign, Apple began showing two new iPhone 4 commercials tonight -- FaceTime and AirPlay. FaceTime demos iPhone-to-iPhone video calling, which has been a staple for Apple since iPhone 4 was released. It also demos iPhone-to-Mac and iPhone to iPad FaceTime, however, which is new. AirPlay highlights playing music from the iPod app on your home stereo and watching photos or movies on your Apple TV. (Of course, iOS 5 AirPlay mirroring will make a future commercial like that much, much more exciting...)

I'm still not a huge fan of the "if you don't have an iPhone" preamble, but at least these get back to more customer facing features, unlike the 3 store ads we had recently. (But hey, at least they're not trying to sell your wife a Tegra 2 processor...!)

Check them out after the break.

Apple airs joint AT&T and Verizon iPhone commercial -Waltz

Apple has begun airing a new AT&T and Verizon double-punch iPhone commercial called Waltz which touts "Two is Better than one". It shows off all the features and apps we've grown to know and love throughout Apple's previously AT&T-only US iPhone commercials, side by side, zooming in on one or the other to highlight the identical user experiences. Just as revealing is that the differences are not mentioned. No hint at reception, data speed, simultaneous voice and data, international roaming, etc.

Obviously both AT&T and Verizon will be competing for iPhone customers come February 10 but just as obviously Apple wins either way.

UPDATE: Official Apple video after the break!
