Back when Apple dropped the [redacted] NDA on Oct. 1, a newer, freer version was promised in its place. Now, some three weeks later, Apple makes good on that promise
Apple has just released the following statement (via Daring Fireball, who thinks it might have flowed from Steve Jobs' pen):
We have decided to drop the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
