Steve Jobs: iPad promises freedom from porn

In the bizarro world in which we might live, this late-night exchange between Gawker/Valleywag's Ryan Tate and Apple's CEO, Steve Jobs, where we're promised a world free of porn, hardly even surprises any more.

Steve Jobs: WWDC 2010 focusing on iPhone OS, normal cycle, no hidden meaning, move along

We are focusing primarily (though not exclusively) on iPhone OS this year. Maybe next year we will focus primarily on the Mac. Just the normal cycle of things. No hidden meaning here.

Steve Jobs on international iPhone pricing: educate yourself and blame your government

Steve Jobs has purportedly twice again responded to customers, this over concerns about international iPad pricing and why its typically higher than in the US. To the UK customers, Jobs replied:

Please educate yourself. UK prices must by law include VAT, which is around 18%. US prices do not include tax.

Steve Jobs says cross-compilers (like Flash CS5) make sub-standard apps

As is his want lately, Apple CEO Steve Jobs replied to an email from a developer concerned about iPhone 4 SDK's ban on using cross-compilers like Flash CS5 or MonoTouch to create apps.
