I was planning to buy one but I could upgrade bigtime with that $499 gift certificate!

While I have been generally lukewarm on the iPad, one iPhone app has warmed me up to the iPad a bit -- Civilization Revolutions. While I still cannot stand the iPhone for twitch games, the touch screen was made for turn-based strategy games. iPad-designed implementations of this genre are going to be ridiculously fun.
(in other words, count me in!)

"Qualifier" question: In most give aways, there usually is a qualifier such as a post to the forum, subsribing to YouTube channel, becoming a fan on Facebook, or follower in Twitter. Do my associated accounts all need the same user id? Or is there a settining in the TiPb to keep these all synced?

I would love to have an iPad, but I can't buy one ATM because I am currently waiting for a MacBook Pro refresh.
