Tweetbot 3 for iPhone can see your Twitter direct message images

Tweetbot 3 for iPhone has been given a small, but not insignificant update today, adding support for Twitters new direct message image support feature. Added to the official Twitter client a few weeks ago, Tweetbot is one of the first of the third-party apps to add the new feature.

Sadly, viewing is all we can do, since Twitter won't allow third-party apps to send images in direct messages at this time. But, once again, Tweetbot continues to shine as one of the finest Twitter apps in the App Store. If you don't have it yet, it's well worth the $4.99 asking price. If you do, hit the App Store and grab the latest version at the link below.

This is the best app for Twitter period. Hopefully the ability to send pictures will be available and won't happen like the header which you can't change in-app.

Apparently that is only available through the twitter app so I wouldn't hold your breath on that coming anytime soon (sending pics that is)

I hate this app

People looking for accessibility with VoiceOver do not buy it.
It is very unfortunate that such a large twitter client doesn't support accessibility. Despite many nails the developer unfortunately did not respond.

Darn it. Missed the sale price. I thought it would still be on sale 'til Jan 2 at least.
